Lee grew up in Brooklyn, New York with his mom. Lee's mom got skin cancer when he was 14, and he needed to raise money. He started selling weed, ecstacy, and cocaine on the streets. He was able to raise money to pay for his mom's treatment, but he couldn't stop selling the drugs because he had loyal customers, and it was an easy way to make money. When he was 20, he got set up by a customer and fled to England where he met Lee Dixon. The Lee's became good friends and when Dixon's mother fell sick in North Carolina, the Lee's robbed a bank to get money for plane tickets. When they got to North Carolina, Everett started to sell drugs again while Dixon became a high school teacher and they remained close friends.
When the outbreak began, Lee was in his apartment. Dixon met up with him there and they boarded up the room and windows. They let Anthony Charles, Everett's neighbor in. After 4 weeks of staying in the apartment, the three went to a convenience store for supplies. They met a girl named Isabella and a guy named Tyrell in there, and they took them to their group. He is first seen when Jeremiah brings back a wounded Sully and Brenda back to their camp. Lee wants to throw them out as soon as they got there. After Will, Brenda, and Sully left, Lee stayed at the camp. When Jeremiah and Daniel came back requesting Dixon's kit, Lee ran to help. He grabbed the kit, and him and Anthony ran to the bar. They got there and were able to help. When Jeremy came and requsted two people as hostages to get food, Lee went with Mike. When the time came, Lee was executed when Will didn't show up with the food.
