Bit in the jugular, devoured by infected ("The Second Coming (That Which We Have Wrought)")
Stillman is a minor character featured in the second season of Eden Rising. Stillman is one of the half-dozen background survivors living at the airport. He is a researcher stationed by the people behind Eden at the Tulsa International Airport, under the leadership of Rory Stiles and Phoebe Denning.
Virtually nothing is known about Stillman's life.
Stillman didn't have much of a role throughout the season. He was often seen inside the makeshift laboratory checking out the cameras, and often the only dialogue he was given were quippy remarks that showed he loved to challenge Rory's authority. He and the other background researchers were mentioned as not having participated in weapons training with the other survivors, having been dependent on the other survivors for their own survival, much to everyone else's annoyance.
Near the season's end, after the deaths of Phoebe, Regis and Sidney, Stillman spoke up against the survivors, feeling like their leadership is weak. Stillman and the fellow researchers began to wonder if leaving the airport is the best idea for them. Kitty, who was in charge at this point, said they wouldn't be able to survive out there and at least at the airport they have a roof over their head, but she didn't beg them to stay, saying the choice is theirs. Stillman and the others eventually decide to stay put. When PJ played a radio broadcast from Eden announcing a rescue plane is on its way, Rory and Kitty rubbed it in to Stillman and the others by saying they made the right choice in staying at the airport.
Stillman assisted in clearing the runway alongside his fellow scientists and Gareth, stationed at the construction zone of the airport. When the infected swarmed the airport, Stillman was pounced on by an infected and bit in the jugular, before being dragged down and eaten alive.
