Not much is known about Sylvest from before the outbreak. He lived in Rogersville.

Post-Apocalypse

Sylvest quickly got in charge of Rogersville after the outbreak. He held everything with a strict hand, with William and Stanley to help him.

At one point, he attempted to execute John Sheen for killing, and Al for being against him. He was stopped by someone who shot him, preventing him from killing both John and Al. He did, however, manage to kill John before he died.
